Was the general manager of Icelandic municipalities, in Biskupstungur and later Blaskogabyggd, for eight years. Following his time in office at Blaskogabyggd, Ragnar was the Managing Director at one of Iceland‘s leading architecture firms as well as developing real estate projects. Ragnar has a degree in teaching and has also completed degrees in operations, business and public administration, from the University of Iceland.

Anders is an serial entrepreneur with more than 15 years of international Management Consulting experience. Anders has a solid track record of business development and management, both as Partner in his own advisory firm and from numerous interim assignments across Europe and Asia.

Ívar holds a Diploma in Technical business administration, a Diploma in Mechanical science from Reykjavik University, as well as an IPMA certificate. He has extensive knowledge of the energy sector and the civil engineering of power plants, amongst others Nesjavellir, Hellisheiði and Þeistareykir.

Hjörleifur is an experienced project developer with a demonstrated history from the machinery industry. He has a Bachelor´s degree in Applied Mechanical and Energy Engineering from Reykjavik University, where he was also part of the Formula Student team. He is currently enrolled into a Sustainable Energy Engineering Master program at the Icelandic School of Energy.

Is a Partner at Centra Corporate Finance. Ingvar has a Cand. Oecon. degree in Business Administration from the University of Iceland and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ingvar has a broad experience in finance, operations and corporate strategy. Ingvar was with Coopers & Lybrand for 8 years before going into the communications field, building up and running telecom operations in Iceland and Ireland. In addition, Ingvar has worked on manufacturing start-ups in the food industry in the UK, Canada and Greenland.

Is a Partner at Centra Corporate Finance. He has an MBA from Michigan State University and a B.Sc. degree in Economics from the University of Iceland. He has a wealth of experience in corporate finance work relating to renewable energy and geothermal projects, including valuation, profitability assessments, financing and fundraising.

Varmaorka works closely with one of our largest and most active shareholders, Baseload Capital in Sweden. Baseload Capital deploys heat power plants worldwide and supports our local team with financing, market research and technology knowledge.
